Would you like to have your home cleaned, your bed made, your fridge full and a cold bottle of wine waiting for you when you arrive?
-No problem, we got you!
Step 1
Select the Estate Management Package most suitable for you and your home in the application form. Then simply send it.
Step 2
We come back to you with a questionnaire to be completed to inform Balearic Estates of the details of your property. Invoice will then be sent to your email.
Step 3
On-site visit to be scheduled for introduction and handover of the property and the keys.
We´ll take it from here.

Property Checks
Including in all packages
Checking the property on every visit is incredibly important to ensure everything is properly functioning and maintained. Having complete peace of mind that everything is exactly how you left it.
Checks will include as a basic (but not limited to):
- Key holding service
- Control, emptying and scanning of mailbox
- Flushing all toilets
- Run all the taps
- Doors and windows check
- Alarm system is functional
Extra Property Care
Including in Basic + a little extra package
If your home has a garden then you are likely to already know how temperamental things can be unless they are regularly checked. It is also important for security purposes to monitor and provide confidence that nothing is happening on your property that shouldn’t be.
Everything in Basic package +
- Garden and Outdoor inspection
- Ventilate the property
- Watering indoor plants
- Leaks, Mould and Humidity damage check
- Fridge and freezer check
Home Provisioning on Arrival
As an extra service (for monthly clients only). Delivery fee 50€.
Waiting for your arrival back to your home will be a refrigerator of your selected items, so you don´t have to rush to go shopping for food straight away when you have landed. We have a set list but if you want something specific, then just let us know in advance and it will be arranged.
Breakfast basket includes:
