Balearic Estates is a Swedish owned company based in Palma de Mallorca.
Our vision is to make life easier for everyone having a property or renting an apartment but dosen´t stay there full time.
With our 10 years in the construction and luxury service industry we take big pride in keeping your home in pristine condition.
MEET THE FOUNDERS
Dennis Rosberg
Originally from Småland in south of Sweden it´s important for Dennis to take the same standards you would expect in Sweden and bringing them to Mallorca.
Having started his career in construction, Dennis is an absolute perfectionist. His experience ensure everything is done to the highest of standards.

Isabel Pascual
Originally from the archipelago in Stockholm, Sweden, Isabel is also half Mallorquin. Her love for Mallorca paired with culture, people, food & wine started the idea for Balearic Estates.
Years of experience in the luxury service industry allow her to know what exclusive clients are looking for.
